Cancellation policy
Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, a pre-order or try before you buy. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you agree to receive repeat deliveries according to the subscription duration and frequency you select at checkout.
1. Payment & Billing

Your payment details will be stored securely, and you will be charged automatically for each delivery according to your subscription schedule, unless you choose to prepay.

Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their term. By continuing your subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method for renewal orders unless you cancel before the renewal date.

You are responsible for ensuring your billing information is accurate and up to date. Failed payments may result in delayed or canceled shipments.
2. Cancellations

You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time before your next billing date by following the link in your order confirmation email or by contacting our customer service.

Once an order has been processed and/or shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you wish to cancel after shipment, you must first return the unopened items in their original condition. Only after the items are received back and inspected will a refund for the product(s) be issued.

Shipping costs (both outbound and return) are non-refundable.
3. Returns & Refunds

All returns must comply with our Returns Policy.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if returned items are not in their original, unopened, and unused condition.

Subscription products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return or refund, except where required by law.
4. Changes to Subscription Terms

We reserve the right to update subscription prices, delivery schedules, or product availability at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of any changes before they take effect.

Continued use of the subscription service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
5. Legal Limitation

We are not liable for delays or failures in delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to carrier delays, natural disasters, strikes, or other force majeure events.

These terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date.
You can cancel a partially paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
Try before you buy
When you purchase a try before you buy item, we authorize your payment method before fulfilling the order. You will have a certain amount of time to decide if you want to keep the item. Once the time period has passed, if you have not returned the item, we will charge your payment method for the full amount.
